Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges for size or defective items within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly arrange an exchange for the same item or an alternative if unavailable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items (e.g., accessories, sale items, or customized products) are not eligible for exchange.
